1st day of school - she grows so quickly
Well she is still going to daycare but it’s her last year
We put her there at 18 Months, not without hesitations whether we're doing the right thing for her.
It took her and us a long time to adjust to the new situation. Even now, 2 years after her 1st day,
she is still crying from time to time, breaking our heart and making us (not intentionally of course) doubt our decision of sending her to daycare
She is very happy there and lately like today, she wants to get in by herself
(the first time it happened it felled me with so much sadness that I couldn't work that day), and wanted a magic kiss - I kiss her hand and she makes a fist
Every morning I take to the Gan (daycare) and when I leave her my heart feels with sadness and joy.
Joy to see how much she grows and becoming Mrs. Independence
Sadness because she becomes miss independence that wants to get in by herself
I love you with all my heart my baby girl
