Not exactly what I had in mind for the beginning of the year.

Actually having 2 kids, living in a strange land with no help in the horizon,

I didn't expect Ecstasy and going out till 4 am,but a kiss would have been great.

Instead, the little one aimed her self to 12:00 am to cry for breast milk.

What should a yearning husband do ?

give up ? ask for more ?

no.

A yearning father was feeling an application for next year’s new day care.

Yes an application for admission.

How absurd and weired
selling and marketing your daughter’s future (at least the one I can be a part of).

I hope I'm a good salesman.

Have a happy and amazing new year, full with whatever you wish for.

1st one - I want to have a blond hair

Me - why ? Your hair is beautiful

1st one - but I want blond hair like Barbie and the 12 dancing princesses

Me - you know who is the most beautiful girl in the world and she has brown hair?

1st one - mmmmmm

Me - Ima (mother)

1st one - (crying) but everyone is beautiful (yes, she is not superficial…yet)

Me - but of course, I meant that to me she is the most beautiful because she is my wife

And you baby are pretty pretty pretty

Later on in the car

Wify and 1st one

1st one (crying) - abba said that you are prettier then all the girls in the world, prettier then me

Wify (not knowing what hit her) - WHAT ? I’m sure he didn’t mean that

1st one - ok

Is that going to be the first thing she'll say in therapy ?

my wife and her cousin were on the 95 highway on their way home (fort Lauderdale) when our baby needed to be breastfed.

they got off the highway to a side road and used their blinking lights making sure people notice they stopped.

My wife was breastfeeding at the front seat when out of the blue a car crushed into them from the back.

it was a matter of milliseconds but that’s all it took for my wife to loose her grip and for my baby to fly out of

her hands and hit the dashboard with her head stuck in the ac vents.

and then there was quite. wify didn't dare picking her up saying that she looked like a doll from the back, an artificial body.

For a moment she thought she was dead.

I wouldn't bore you with the details but it’s enough to say that the idiot that hit the car is a judge

and apparently not a very good hearted one. he didn't say a word except looking worried and

thinking about his insurance premium going up.

All I know that if I would hit anyone I would go out of my mind to make sure they are ok, especially 2 woman in the car

with 2 babies. we ended up in the emergency room, doing CT to the little one.

the heart cries out to see her lying down in that huge machine.

Luckily nothing physical happened to the other baby but till 2 am she didn't say a word.

trying to prevent her from crying, holding wify and asking her to hold on.

Wify. she stayed with the trauma.

it’s half past midnight and wify is out with one of her friends on a girls night out.

They went to the city (Manhattan) to some party and I stayed with the girls.

And here I am writing and one of the mis waking up wanting to eat. Life is sure different now.

1st one - "Abba, Mrs. cookie (name have changed) put him at the quite place today"

Abba- " why, did something happened ? "

1st one - "I don't remember"

Abba - "mmmmmm"

1st one - "just a sec, let me think about it"

1st one - "I didn't say excuse me when I wanted to get to my cubbie"

(other words for I beat the shit out of the other kids)

Abba - "are you ok ? do you want me to talk to her ?"

1st one - "Abba, you know what, forget about it"

Abba- "excuse me ?"

1st one - "I told you, I want you to forget about it"

Abba- "but"

1st one - "I told you, stop, forget about it"

Abba- "do you want me to talk to her ?"

1st one - "no, someonw will be angry if you talk to her"

Abba- "it’s ok she wont be angry at you"

1st one - "Abba, I'll be angry at you"

Oh my god, she is turning 16 and I didn't notice

I went with my 1st today - it was my 1st time and her 2nd.

I was amazed. I love finding nemo, but this was something else.

There was unbelievable music, breathtaking animation, morality, authenticity, self believe, spirit, soul and a lot of love.

There were things that I usually disagree with, for example showing the mean side of people (penguins) in order to show the good.

There is always a way just to show the good and emphasize the uniqueness of the human being, the inner love to life, to the mankind,

without showing the bad, evil, cynical, unwelcoming, unloving rejecting the different (not knowing how to dance in this case) in people.

Maybe it is the forum that is talking with in me, but to see that little penguin swimming and believe in himself and his unriltness effort

to get to the bottom of things to get to the truth made it so real from me that it hurt.

On the way home she was sad. I asked her and she said that she was sad that they told Mambo (the main gy) to go away

because he can't sing. I told her that everybody is unique in his own his/her way and for some it’s singing

for others is dancing, telling stories, using your imagination to create new worlds.

It made me sad that I exposed her to the realty of life when it should be that way.

I know that for a lot it sounds naive but I believe and try to convey to our kids that

they are perfect the way they are. They don't need to change for me. They don't need to believe

at my believes or act in a specific appropriate (I hate this word) wa.

Everybody should find his/her own unique voice in this world even if it takes forever because life

is an advanture and much more interesting if you are involved and live them instead of just being

another face in the crowd going with the flow.

And to think that movie is rated for kids - maybe there should be inspirational rate ?
