The Big Chill - France 2006

It was more then I expected

Actually I didn't expect anything because it was the first time we were going as the big family,

the one that has the crying baby and the bassinet (it always has a southern droll when I say it),

and the people behind that tries to stay polite and cursing for not mp3ing themselves.

But it wasn’t like that. all was going smooth. Even the room in our hotel had it charm in spite its petitness.

it was our first time as actual tourist for at least 3 days till our friends arrived and without any advanced decision,

wify and me just went with the flow and listened to the great one aka our 1st one. It was really interesting

because even though we wake up everyday pretty late (around 10), by the 3rd day we saw almost every touristic thing.

And by the end of the day we didn't’t feel exhausted and that we saw what we wanted and not what she wanted,

even though we almost did but then she said "Ima, abba doesn't let me experience stuff on my own" -

having my own in house Yoda, helps to see the big picture. Its great walking around with my 1st one because she

asks questions and we were able to explain to her about Notre Dame (with the help of course of Esmeralda - it always helps to

have a princess in the story), and showing her the exhibits at pompidou center without guiding her where to go and what to see,

but letting her decide which room was more interesting (the pink room with Cinderella’s shoe of course)

and what was just yaki.

It all changed on the 3rd day when our friends arrived. It was a good or bad change, it was simply different.

Suddenly there were 4 kids and explaining was a thing of the past. Its not really fair to compare going up the Eiffel Tower with

jumping up and down on beds and having a two weeks slumber party with your friends.

The amazing thing about this all trip was that it was all good. There were clashes of the species (get ready for part 2)

and the occasional meltdown but at the end of the day it was the vacation I wanted, very good company, great food, endless fun

and great sex (with the wify of course)
